Just after receiving used continuously for 6 hrs INTENSIVELY. Used AMD processor for the first time. Ryzen 3 does not look less than any intel processor. I did not play games but used them for general purposes intensively like: installing windows updates, using McAfee antivirus(1.5 yrs free subscription), installed heavy video editing software, copied data, watched movies, listened to songs, etc.
1. Look wise great. Lightweight, flat & soft keys. Non-removable battery.
2. Charging and battery not tested too much but it will give around 4 hrs of backup. It took around 1.5 hrs to fully charge.
3. Charging light indicator is very small, just switch off the lights of the room and find it.
4. Took help from dell customer care to make 2 more partitions in the hard drive as it came with only C: of 1 TB
6. USB 2.0 in 3.0 slot of laptop for fast data transfer.
7. It was minor slow during windows update but was still good always
9. Softwares installed very fast.
10. Display is good to watch movies and other online work. Good brightness & resolution
11. Sound is good and loud enough.
12. Heating was normal.
